Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina has congratulated Mamata Banerjee on her swearing in as the Chief Minister of West Bengal. She congratulated her in a message on Thursday (May 6).
Assistant Press Secretary to the Prime Minister Sarwar Sarkar Jibon told the media about the matter. He said Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina has congratulated Mamata for taking oath as the Chief Minister of West Bengal for three consecutive terms. Mamata Banerjee was sworn in as the governor on Wednesday.
His party, the Trinamool Congress, won by a wide margin in the Assembly elections.
