Planning Minister MA Mannan said India did not have a legal chance to pull out of the Coroner's Ticker deal at the Seram Institute. He says the law doesn't speak for itself. However, India has created a deficit in its own capacity to provide vaccines. Due to this there has been some problem.

The minister made the remarks at a briefing after a meeting of the Executive Committee of the National Economic Council (ECNEC). A briefing was held online from the minister's office after the ECNEC meeting. Responding to a question from reporters about the vaccine, the planning minister further said that India is morally obliged to vaccinate as per the agreement. But they are our neighbors. However, the government is not collecting vaccines. Work is underway to collect vaccines from alternative channels. However, the ECNEC main meeting did not discuss the corona vaccine.
