Finally, on Tuesday, Chittagong Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge 4th Court Judge Shariful Alam Bhunya's virtual court ordered the release of Hasina Begum. The bench's assistant Omar Fouad confirmed the information. The matter was recently brought to the notice of the Chittagong Metropolitan Additional 5th Court by Advocate Golam Maula Murad.
The first part of the name of the convicted accused and the name of the husband. However, although there is a similarity with the name of the offender, there is a discrepancy with the name of the parents.
Hasina Begum's house is in Chowdhury Para of Teknaf Police Station in Cox's Bazar district. She is the wife of Hamid Hossain. Convicted accused Hasina Akhter is also the wife of Hamid Hossain of Ismail Haji Bari in the same area. Hasina Begum's lawyer Advocate Golam Maula Murad said the court has ordered her release from jail.
The court did not get a full verdict. However, on Tuesday morning, the central jail authorities submitted a report to the court stating that the real Hasina Akhter and Hasina Begum were not the same accused in the Balam pictured at the Chittagong Central Jail.
