A court has granted a two-day remand to Rafiqul Islam Madani, 27, in a case filed under the Digital Security Act. Last Tuesday, the Gazipur Senior Judicial Magistrate's Court remanded him for seven days for questioning.
The court granted him a two-day remand on the basis of that application. Gazipur Metropolitan Police Assistant Commissioner of Police (Prosecution) Shubhashish Dhar told the media on Friday.
Earlier on April 7, RAB arrested Rafiqul Islam Madani from Letirkanda, Purbadhala, Netrokona, his village home.
