A comprehensive lockdown is underway across the country to prevent corona infection. Ignoring the lockdown, a cattle market has been set up in Madan upazila of Netrokona. This has caused anger in the conscious community of the area.
Market authorities say the market could not be closed because the administration did not take any action. The largest market in Madan Upazila is the Dewan Bazar in the municipal headquarters. However, one day in a week, the animal market is held on Thursday. People who come to the market do not have masks on their faces.
On the second day of the all-out lockdown in the government, many are raising questions about such hats and public gatherings in Madan.
We have nothing to do with the buyers and sellers leaving. However, it was not possible to close the hut as the administration did not cooperate in this regard.
However, action will be taken in this regard by talking to the higher authorities.
