As coronavirus (Covid-19) infection has increased, the government has given 10 instructions to observe in the mosque.
The Ministry of Religious Affairs issued an emergency notification with this instruction on Monday. In a notification, the Prime Minister's Office issued a notification on March 29, 18 points and the Cabinet Division issued some guidelines on April 4, due to the abnormal increase in the number of coronavirus deaths and deaths across the country due to the coronavirus outbreak.
In that context, these 10 instructions have been given in the current context of the country.
Instructions-
1 / Soap-water with hand sanitizer / hand washing system should be kept at the entrance of the mosque and the incoming worshiper must come to the mosque wearing a mask.
2 / Everyone should perform ablution from their home, perform sunnat prayers at home and come to the mosque and wash their hands with soap for at least 20 seconds while performing ablution.
3 / Carpet can not be laid in the mosque. Before the five daily prayers, the entire mosque should be cleaned with disinfectant, the worshipers should bring the Jainamaz in their respective responsibilities.
4 / In order to stand in prayer in Qatar, social distance must be ensured.
5 / Children, the elderly, any sick person and the person engaged in the service of the sick will refrain from participating in Jamaat.
6 / To prevent infection, soap / hand sanitizer should be kept in the toilet of the mosque. Jainamaz and hats reserved in the mosque cannot be used.
7 / In order to ensure the safety of the public, the guidelines of the health care department, local administration and law enforcement agencies must be followed.
8 / Iftar and Sehri cannot be organized in the mosque.
9 / Khatibs and Imams will pray in the court of the great Rabbul Alamin after the prayers to be saved from the coronavirus epidemic.
10 / Honorable Khatib, Imam and Mosque Management Committee will ensure the implementation of the issues.
"If this directive is violated, the local administration and law enforcement agencies will take legal action against those responsible," it said. The local administration, law enforcement agencies, Islamic Foundation officials and the management committee of the concerned mosques were requested to implement the guidelines to prevent the spread of the deadly coronavirus.
