Information Minister Hasan Mahmud has said that the role of BNP founder Ziaur Rahman in the liberation war is mysterious.
He said, "He was the sector commander during the liberation war. But his role at that time was mysterious. He said this while talking to reporters at the secretariat on Thursday. Hasan Mahmood said that during the liberation war, Ziaur Rahman was the commander of a sector and his wife and sons took refuge in the Pakistani cantonment under the care of his new wife.
How is this possible? He testified that Ziaur Rahman's activities from the time of the liberation war onwards were evidence that he had in fact acted as an accomplice of the Pakistanis in disguise as a freedom fighter.
He died in jail due to various reasons. According to the law, if someone is arrested and dies in jail for any reason or if he dies naturally, then the law has to be repealed, then all the laws of Bangladesh have to be repealed. The Information Minister said the Digital Security Act has been enacted to provide digital security to the people of the country. When there was no digital issue, there was no need for legislation. With the advent of digital, the issue of digital security is also coming.
