Demonstrations and rallies have taken place in Pirojpur demanding the repeal of the Digital Security Act and the unconditional release of the arrested student leaders.
The protest procession left Pirojpur Town Club on Thursday afternoon at the initiative of the District Students Union and ended in front of the club.
District Student Union President Emon Chowdhury, Office Secretary Abir Hasan, District Revolutionary Chhatramaitri President Shubh Mistry, Secretary Rajib and others spoke on the occasion.
