Two killed in road accident in Ishwardi Three more were injured.
The deceased have been identified as Jahangir Hossain, 58, son of late Hakim Sheikh of Kuthipara area of Pabna and Monwar Hossain Ranju, 55, son of late Abul Hossain Sarkar of the same area. Confirming the information, he said that a vehicle carrying a Lorette tractor Veku was parked on the left side of the road in a damaged condition on its way from Pabna to Dashuria.
At the time of the incident, a micro bus with 5 passengers was heading towards Ishwardi when the driver lost control and hit the back of the lost Loret tractor.
The other three are undergoing treatment at the hospital. Highway police took the Loret tractor and microbus from the spot to the police station.
The matter of taking legal action in this case is under process.
