Myanmar police have filed another case against Suu Kyi. Earlier, a case was filed against him for illegally importing walkie-talkies.
However, this time the case is related to the violation of the country's disaster law. Suu Kyi's lawyer Khin Mong told Jao that Suu Kyi had to fight the case through video calls due to the Covid-19 restrictions.
Meanwhile, Suu Kyi has spoken to a judge. However, lawyers were not allowed to take part in it.
When asked about Suu Kyi's health, Zhao said she had not yet received any news on the matter.
Suu Kyi's case will be heard in court on March 1, he said.
