Chennai Super Kings took the team to Rs 7 crore. Steve Smith, who is at the top of the list of the top five batsmen in the world, has sold only Rs 22 million in Delhi.

On the other hand, Kolkata Knight Riders, a team owned by Shah Rukh Khan, has picked the world's best all-rounder Shakib Al Hasan for Rs 32 million. England all-rounder Moin Ali was the highest base price of Rs 20 million in the auction.
