The much awaited 'KGF Chapter Two' will be released in Indian theaters on July 16. A group of fans of actor Yash wrote a letter to Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi seeking a public holiday on the day of the movie's release.
Earlier, the first installment of the film 'KGF Chapter One' was released in 2018. The film is about Krishnappa Bear's 'Rocky'. He was born in poverty and came to Bombay (now Mumbai) in the 1960s to inherit power and wealth according to his late mother.
There he became involved with the mafia, after which he was hired to kill Garuda, the oppressive heir to the Collar Gold Field. Ramchandra Raju played Yash and Garuda as 'Rocky'. After its release, the film received a great response.
So the viewers have been waiting for two and a half years to see the next installment. This time when the director announced the release date of the film, the Yash fans could not sit still. He applied for public leave along with Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
The letter quickly went viral. The letter, which went viral on social media, states that the much-awaited KGF-Chapter Two movie will be released on Friday, July 16. Everyone is eagerly waiting for the movie. So we are requesting you to declare a public holiday.
