A vaccination program against Covid-19 has been inaugurated in Sherpur. The program was inaugurated at 11:30 am on Sunday at the District Sadar Hospital by Jatiya Sangsad Whip Bir Muktijoddha Atiur Rahman Atiq MP.

At that time Deputy Commissioner Anar Kali Mahmud, Superintendent of Police Hasan Nahid Chowdhury, Civil Surgeon Dr AKM Anwarur Rauf, Municipal Mayor Golam Kibria Liton, Sadar Upazila Health and Family Planning Officer Dr Mubarak Hossain and others were present. The health department called 200 people of Sherpur Sadar upazila for vaccination today. According to the latest information, about 90 out of those 200 people have been vaccinated.
