Facebook will be closed in Myanmar until February 7

 

In Myanmar, Facebook has been shut down by the country's Ministry of Transport and Communications. On Wednesday, the Ministry of Transport and Communications ordered all mobile operators and Internet service providers in Myanmar to shut down Facebook. It came into effect on Thursday. Myanmar's Ministry of Transport and Communications said Facebook would remain closed in the country until February 7.
