99 names of Allah are being uttered through automatic sound system in the premises. A huge eye-catching pillar has been constructed by carving the adjective 'Allah 99'.

Around the square pillar, 99 adjectives of Allah are written from top to bottom with Arabic and Bengali pronunciation. Below is a square, surrounded by two levels of round altars. Although the artwork is not completed, people from far and wide are coming to see it, taking pictures.

Dr. Aslam Mia said that the sight of the pillar with the adjective Allah has been erected at Ershad corner. A crowd of visitors has gathered at Ershad intersection. Asaduzzaman, the UP chairman who initiated the construction of the pillar, said last year it was decided to build a 'Allahu pillar' at the local Burajumma intersection at a cost of Tk 160,000 for the TR project.

But as the Burajumma junction is narrow and small, there is no initiative to build the pillar at Ershad junction thinking that it will not be a sight to behold. That is why we started the construction work of the pillar by evicting the illegal occupants of the turn. 'He added that the construction work has been started out of religious sentiments.
