Meanwhile, Monwar Hossain Ripon, brother of Delwar Hossain Ranju of Phulbari area of the city, filed a case against the owners and employees of three Homoeo Halls at Bogra Sadar Police Station on Monday night.

A team of detective police has been on the ground to arrest them since last night. Apart from filing a case, the agitated locals have also locked up Parul Homoeo Hall and Poonam Homoeo Laboratory.
Meanwhile, four people have been arrested in the night. So far, 13 people, including three from the Harijan community, have died in the district due to poisoning. The deaths occurred in different areas in the last 24 hours.
