The government has started vaccinating foreign diplomats stationed in Dhaka against coronavirus. The vaccination program was inaugurated at Sheikh Russell Gastroliver Institute Hospital in Mohakhali on Wednesday afternoon.

State Minister for Foreign Affairs Shahriar Alam and Foreign Secretary Masood bin Momen also vaccinated the coroner. On the occasion, State Minister for Foreign Affairs Shahriar Alam said, "We have organized separate vaccinations for all the diplomats of Bangladesh." All diplomats will be able to take the vaccine in phases. The vaccination time for diplomats will be fixed two days a week, the state minister said.

He said the government also wanted a list of foreigners working in the offices of international organizations outside foreign missions. They can also get vaccinated from this hospital. As we are confident about vaccination, diplomats are also confident. EU Ambassador to Dhaka Renzi Tirink said, "We are grateful for such an initiative, vaccination is going to be taken without any line."

Through this we can set a good example in the field of vaccination and it will bring confidence among the people. Indian High Commissioner in Dhaka Vikram Doraiswamy said that the level of cooperation between Bangladesh and India is a reflection of that.

The simple reality is that the two countries need to carry out immunization programs at the same time. India, Bangladesh and our neighbors need to be vaccinated at the same time.
