Corona vaccine distribution has started in Pabna simultaneously with the rest of the country. Pabna Sadar MP Golam Farooq Prince inaugurated the program by receiving the vaccine at the vaccination booth at Pabna General Hospital at 11am on Sunday.

At the same time, acting president of district Awami League and chairman of district council Rezaul Rahim Lal, deputy commissioner Kabir Mahmud, superintendent of police Muhibul Islam Khan and vice chancellor of Pabna University of Science and Technology Prof Rostam Ali received the vaccine. Pabna Deputy Commissioner Kabir Mahmud said that in the first phase, corona vaccine will be given in 3 booths at the General Hospital in the district headquarters and at 3 booths in the health complex in 9 upazilas.

The deputy commissioner further said that the vaccine is being given on the basis of priority list at present. Registering via the Internet.
