This crossing is a historic event for Bangladesh. Bangladesh has come a long way in fulfilling the conditions in all the three indices. The per capita income of a developing country should be at least 1230 US dollars, Bangladesh's per capita income in 2020 was 1827 dollars. The Prime Minister said, at present our per capita income is two thousand 84 dollars. That is about one point seven times the standard.
Bangladesh's achievement is 75.4 against the standard 66 set in the Human Resource Index. The criteria for passing the Economic and Environmental Fragility Index were set at 32 or less.
But at that time, Bangladesh's position was 27. According to CDP regulations, a country can enjoy three to five years of preparation time after receiving a recommendation for a passage.
