All the ongoing examinations at Shahjalal University of Science and Technology have been postponed. On Monday, Vice-Chancellor Prof Farid Uddin Ahmed confirmed the information and said that according to the decision of the Ministry of Education, classes of the university will be opened on May 24 and halls on May 17.

If the university is reopened as per the government guidelines, the examinations for the 1st, 2nd and 3rd year of graduation will be taken later and the rest of the ongoing examinations will also be taken at that time.

As of this writing, ordinary students have not commented on the government's decision to open the hall.

Besides, they could not reach any decision on what will happen after the end of the ultimatum.
