Jatiya Party chairman GM Quader said the ruling party's candidates were questioning the election using money and muscle power.
The administration is assisting them in this. He said this after a meeting with the committee for awarding 'Pallibandhu Padak-2021' named after late President Hussain Mohammad Ershad, the founder of Japan, at the party's Banani office on Tuesday.
GM Quader said the election results were becoming one-sided due to the role of the ruling party's candidates and the administration.
The existence of other political parties and organizations is under threat. GM Quader has warned that the result of such a unilateral election will not be good.
He said that if this continues, there may be a vacuum in politics. There is a danger of the rise of evil.
Therefore, free, fair, neutral and acceptable elections have to be held. The meeting was attended by JPA Secretary General Ziauddin Ahmed Bablu, convener of the 'Pallibandhu Padak' committee SM Faisal Chishti and other central leaders of the party.
