UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres has criticized only 10 countries for capturing 75 percent of all vaccines.
He lamented that 130 countries had not yet received a single dose of the vaccine.
The UN Secretary-General has described the distribution of the vaccine as "wildly unequal and immoral" at a high-level meeting of the UN Secretary-General's Council on Wednesday.
Vaccine equality is the biggest moral test facing the world at this difficult time," he said.
He called for an urgent global vaccination program to provide vaccines.
