According to the report, one of the reasons for the search for Pakistani brides for marriages in China is the widening gap in the country's population. Added to that is the widespread poverty in several parts of Pakistan who want to get out of poverty. These Pak women are mostly from the minority community. And in many cases, these women are shown various temptations from the Chinese side to get married.
China is suffering a lot because of the one child policy. The gender differences that prevailed over the dominance of sons still remain. Although that policy has now been repealed. According to a December figure, the number of married men in China is 30 million more than the number of married women. On the other hand, Pakistani women are also getting married abroad in the hope of a better life out of poverty. The two countries are taking help of each other due to good relations. That is why the number of marriages of Chinese men with Pakistani women is increasing day by day.
