The government has released a revised syllabus for this year's SSC candidates as educational institutions are closed due to corona. The restructured syllabus was published on the Dhaka Board of Education's website on Monday.
The National Curriculum and Textbook Board (NCTB) has prepared this syllabus for this year's SSC candidates.
The principals and head teachers of the educational institutions have been instructed to inform the concerned about the syllabus.
All educational institutions in the country have been closed since March 17 after being infected with the coronavirus. Apart from Qawmi Madrasa, all other educational institutions have been declared closed till January 30. However, the Department of Secondary and Higher Education (Maushi) and the Department of Primary Education have instructed the heads of the institutions to prepare for the opening of the educational institutions.
All educational institutions have been asked to take steps to ensure health safety for their teachers, students and staff by February 4. So that the educational institution can be opened only after getting the order of the higher authority.
SSC and equivalent examinations start at the beginning of February every year.
