Saudi Arabia imposed a temporary travel ban last December as a precautionary measure after a new strain of corona was identified. As the government lifted the ban, Biman Bangladesh Airlines will resume regular flights to Saudi Arabia from January 8.
Tahera Khandaker, Deputy General Manager (Public Relations) of Biman Bangladesh Airlines, confirmed the information and said that Biman Bangladesh Airlines' flights to Saudi Arabia will resume regular operations from January 7 as the ban has been lifted by the Saudi government.
He said that the honorable passengers of the canceled flights would have to contact the nearest Biman Sales Office as per the schedule given on Biman's website www.biman-airlines.com. Seats will be allocated on a priority basis subject to vacancies on the flight.
