According to the company, WhatsApp will no longer work on Android phones with operating system 4.03 and below iOS 9. That means the operating system needs to be updated.
Most phone operating systems are above that. However, many do not update their phones. As a result, their operating system is old. Experts say that the app could not be updated on some Android phones.
These are: HTC Desire, LG Optimus, Motorized Droid Razr, Samsung Galaxy Estu. Meanwhile, iPhone 4S, iPhone 5, iPhone 5S, iPhone 6 and iPhone 6S users need to update their phones.
