In Chittagong, a college student was called home with false information and two friends allegedly raped her. The incident took place on December 11 at a house in East Ferozeshah Colony of Akbarshah Police Station. The matter came to light after a case was filed at the police station on Tuesday.
The accused in the case are Rakibul Hasan Aryan, son of Mumtaz Chowdhury, tenant of Janarkhil Arif Chowdhury house of Akbar Shah police station and Mehedi Hasan Ashiq Rabbani, son of Zahidul Islam Jahed, resident of the fifth floor of Abdul Baten member's building in E / P lane on the east side of Eidgaon ground in East Feroz Shah Colony.
According to the statement of case, Aryan had a love affair with a girl studying in class XII. Under the pressure of the family, the girl severed ties with him. On the afternoon of December 11, the college student left home to go to the GEC corner to buy books. Aryan called him at the time and said he was injured in a motorcycle accident and was at his friend Babu's house in East Feroz Shah Colony; The girl went to see him. When the college student went there, Aryan and Babu raped her.
It has been alleged in the case that no one was at Babu's house at the time of the incident. They let out loud songs so that the screams could not be heard from outside. The girl could not escape from the rape even though she cried and begged. Aryan and Babu also threatened to kill the girl and hide her body if they revealed the rape. When the girl returned home at night sick and devastated and started crying, the family members came to know about it. He was then admitted to the One Stop Crisis Center (OCC) of Chittagong Medical College Hospital.
Akbar Shah Police Station OC Zahir Hossain said, "Initially, the police got the truth of the incident. The accused have not been caught yet as they fled after the incident. However, several teams of police are working to arrest them.
