Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina has called for Turkey's involvement in ensuring sustainable repatriation of Rohingya forcibly deported from Myanmar. He made the call during a courtesy call on visiting Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu at the Ganobhaban on Wednesday.

If Turkey invests here, both countries will benefit.

Expressing interest in strengthening Turkey's bilateral trade relations with Bangladesh, visiting Foreign Minister Mevl কt Kov কsglu said that Turkey values ​​bilateral relations with Bangladesh. His country will do whatever it takes to strengthen bilateral trade relations.

Turkey is investing in Bangladesh in all sectors from energy to tourism, said the Turkish Foreign Minister. The Prime Minister also thanked Turkey for repairing the Bangladesh Navy's warship 'Vijay' which was damaged in the horrific explosion at the Lebanese capital Beirut. He reiterated the invitation of the President of Turkey to visit Bangladesh.

Thanking Sheikh Hasina for the invitation, the Turkish Foreign Minister said that if the situation in Corona improves, Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan can visit Bangladesh in March, the golden jubilee month of Bangladesh's independence.
