First, there will be a nationwide lockdown from December 24 to December 27 and from December 31 to January 3. At this time it is not possible to travel from one city to another. Only pharmacy, elementary (grocery store), super shops will remain open. In addition, the lockdown time may be continuous from December 24 to January 3.

However, the government's decision is being criticized by many citizens of the country, including the opposition. But the government does not want to take any risk on the health of the people. Considering the overall situation, the country's Prime Minister Giuseppe Conte is deciding to lockdown. Bars, restaurants, schools and educational institutions will be closed during the lockdown.
