Railway police have arrested a drug dealer named Aslam Hossain (57) with three kilograms of cannabis at Syedpur in Nilphamari.
He was arrested on Sunday morning from the north side of the Syedpur railway station platform. Aslam is a resident of Arankola area of Ishwardi police station in Pabna district.
Railway police sources said he was carrying cannabis inside two pillows. He was arrested on the basis of such news.
Syedpur Railway Police Station OC Abdullah Al Mamun said the arrested Aslam was a professional drug dealer. There are four cases against him in different police stations. A case has been lodged with the Railway Police Station in this regard.
